The 28th Annual KidShow will be held on Saturday, March 20, 2027 at the Great Lakes Mall in Mentor.

If you want to reach and market to parents and families in Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga and Ashtabula counties, you need to exhibit at the KidShow!

Deadline Agreement Staffing Set Up Tear Down Payment Insurance

Exhibitor Deadline

Exhibitor Registration Agreement and payment must be received by Friday, March 6, 2026

Exhibitor agrees to be solely responsible

for the construction, installation, operation and removal of their/its assigned exhibit

All exhibits must be staffed

the full day of the show hours of 11 am to 6 pm.

Set up times

will commence after 8:00 pm on Friday, March 20th.

All exhibits must be removed

from Great Lakes Mall by 6:00 pm on Saturday, March 21, 2026

Full payment must be submitted

with signed agreement to reserve an exhibit space

A Certificate of Liability Insurance

Naming ProMark Enterprises, Inc. as the Certificate Holder and ProMark Enterprises, Inc., as additional insured, must be mailed or emailed to ProMark prior to the event.

I need a floor outlet/electricity (must be requested in advance/limited outlets)

$75 per 500: Sign us up for the “Goody Bag” Marketing Program and we will provide 500 marketing pieces to go into 500 goody bags for $75

The undersigned agrees that ProMark Enterprises, LLC and the Great Lakes Mall assume no responsibility for personal injury, loss or property damage associated with this event. Exhibitor assumes full responsibility for all items brought to this show. Exhibitor agrees to abide by all Great Lakes Mall safety guidelines and protocols in place on set up date of March 20 and event show date of March 21, 2026. There shall be no refunds upon reservation for an exhibit for the KidShow.
